luckily i got in touch w/Sheena in Orange County, Chryz in Escondido, as well as Jeff, Geov, and Hannah's parents in SD. hopefully my cousins are well, too.
i have to head to LA for work this Sunday..hopefully the conditions will not be as bad as it seemed on CNN..but i did talk to a sales rep on the phone today and she said there were ashes flying everywhere..

SWA found my luggage after 1 week and 1 day later. yesterday they called me and told me that the luggage went from oakland to philadelphia, then to SD, to Cabo, back to SD, and on its way to sacramento. today, they delivered it to my work in fairfield along with an apology letter and a $50 coupon for next flight..ha! (i can laugh now, but trust me it was not funny at all last week)
my luggage has been to more places in 1 week than anyone can ever imagine. i'm just glad to finally be reunited with it. ^^
